Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Optional: Extra balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bread:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  • In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, torn basil, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture marinate for 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
