Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 g) cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) whipped cream (optional for topping)
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
Directions
- Blend the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder in a blender or food processor until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired.
