Cook on a hot dry skillet for about 1–2 minutes per side.

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Combine flour and salt.
Add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Roll out into thin circles.
Cook on a dry hot pan until bubbles appear and both sides are lightly browned.
- Fladenbrot (Flatbread)
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide and shape into small rounds.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 10–12 minutes or until golden.
- Naan
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp instant yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions:
Mix flour, yeast, and salt.
Add warm water and oil, knead until soft.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Divide and roll into flat ovals.
Cook in a hot pan or bake at 220°C (430°F) until puffed and golden.
