The Only Dressing I’ll Ever Need: Lemon Vinaigrette 🍋

There was a time I swore by store-bought dressings… until I whisked this up on a whim. Just olive oil, lemon juice, and a few pantry staples — and BOOM. My salads came alive.

Now? I never go back.
This lemon vinaigrette is fresh, tangy, and makes everything taste like sunshine.


Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt & pepper to taste


Directions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, mustard, honey, and garlic.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake before each use.
