The Only Dressing I’ll Ever Need: Lemon Vinaigrette 🍋
There was a time I swore by store-bought dressings… until I whisked this up on a whim. Just olive oil, lemon juice, and a few pantry staples — and BOOM. My salads came alive.

This lemon vinaigrette is fresh, tangy, and makes everything taste like sunshine.
Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, mustard, honey, and garlic.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake before each use.
