Ingredients:

  • 4 medium fresh beets
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the beets
    Rinse thoroughly under cold water to remove dirt. Do not peel yet (peeling after cooking is easier).
  2. Boil the beets
