Spicy Feta & Roasted Pepper Dip with Pita Chips

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese

1 cup roasted red peppers, drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 pita breads, cut into triangles

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pita triangles on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with dried oregano. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.

In a food processor, combine feta cheese, roasted red peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil if desired.

Serve with warm, crispy pita chips.
