For the pasta & sauce:
- 300g pasta shells
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season and Cook the Steak
In a bowl, mix the steak with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
