Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast, cut into strips
3 egg yolks (or 2 whole eggs if you prefer)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
1/2 cup flour
Oil for frying
⸻
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
Place the sliced chicken breast in a large bowl.
Add egg yolks, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Mix well to coat all the pieces evenly.
Let the chicken marinate for 10–15 minutes.
2. Bread the Chicken
Prepare two bowls:
• One with flour
• One with breadcrumbs
Take each chicken strip, coat it lightly with flour, then dip it back in the egg mixture if needed, and finish by coating it generously with breadcrumbs.
Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure a thick, crispy coating.
3. Fry
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
When hot, add the chicken strips in batches.
Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
4. Serve
Serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup, garlic mayo, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce.

Tips
• For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
• You can add parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs for more flavor.
• Bake instead of fry by placing them on a parchment-lined tray, brushing with oil, and baking at 425°F (220°C) for 18–20 minutes.
