Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Cajun Farfalle Pasta

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1–1.5 lbs beef sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

For the Creamy Cajun Pasta

  • 3 cups cooked farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the Steak Bites

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with:
    • paprika
    • onion powder
    • pepper
    • salt
    • cayenne/chili flakes
  2. Heat a pan on high with olive oil.
  3. Add steak cubes β€” don’t overcrowd β€” sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Lower heat, add:
    • butter
    • minced garlic
  5. Toss steaks in the garlic butter until glossy and caramelized.
  6. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Cajun Pasta

  1. In the same pan, melt butter + olive oil.
  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in:
    • heavy cream
    • broth
  4. Stir in:
    • parmesan cheese
    • Cajun seasoning
    • chili flakes
  5. Let simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add cooked farfalle pasta and coat well.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning.

3. Serve

Plate the creamy Cajun pasta next to the garlic butter steak bites.

Sprinkle parsley and a little chili flake on top.
