seriously cannot stop making Christmas Jam

seriously cannot stop making Christmas Jam — and at this point, I don’t even try to resist 😄🍓🎄
The first time I made a batch, I thought it would just be a fun little seasonal treat… but wow, I was not prepared for what happened next.
One jar turned into “Can you bring more tomorrow?”
Tomorrow turned into “My family finished it in one night.”
Now it’s “So… are you making another batch soon?” from literally all my coworkers.
There’s just something magical about it. That perfect balance of sweet and tart, the warm spices that instantly scream Christmas, and that rich, jewel-toned color that makes every piece of toast feel fancy. It’s incredible on biscuits, amazing on croissants, unreal with cream cheese, and I may or may not have eaten it straight off the spoon more than once.
Every time I make it, the kitchen smells like the holidays. Cozy, festive, comforting — the kind of smell that makes people wander in asking, “What is THAT?” And once they taste it? Game over. You’re officially the “Christmas Jam person,” whether you planned to be or not.
I love how it turns into more than just jam. It becomes gifts, requests, traditions, and little moments of joy in a jar. I bring one in, and suddenly it’s the highlight of the break room. People guard their jars like treasure.
Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever make “just one batch” again. This is the kind of recipe that follows you — and I’m totally okay with that. If you’re thinking about making it, be warned: once you start, everyone will expect it forever… and you might not want to stop anyway
