Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
1 package puff pastry sheets or crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Make It Cheesy
Mix the cooked beef with cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar until creamy and well combined.
Prepare the Dough
Roll out puff pastry or crescent dough.
Cut into rectangles or triangles (depending on dough).
Fill & Roll
Spoon beef mixture onto each piece of dough.
Fold or roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Brush & Bake
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
