Ingredients
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (chicken or herb)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk or chicken broth
1½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (or corn/peas)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but amazing)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or poultry seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare stuffing according to package directions (use water or broth).
In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, seasoning, salt & pepper.
Stir in chicken and vegetables until well coated.
Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Top with prepared stuffing, drizzle with melted butter.
Sprinkle cheese on top if using.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes, then serve warm.
