1 large loaf of pizza dough or bread dough
1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage
½ cup cooked bacon or pepperoni (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.

Roll it up tightly like a jelly roll, sealing the edges.
Brush with butter, sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
