🧀 Savory Ham and Cheese Cake

🧾 Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 cup (240 ml) milk
⅓ cup (80 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup (150 g) diced ham
1½ cups (150–180 g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional add-ins: chopped parsley, olives, green onions, mustard (1 tsp)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease or line a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.
Fold in ham and cheese (and any extras).
Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
