Easy Slow Cooker Dump Chicken
Ingredients
2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 packet ranch seasoning or onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp butter (optional, but makes it extra juicy)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add chicken to the slow cooker (no browning needed).
Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Pour broth around the chicken (not directly on top so seasoning stays put).
Dot with butter if using.
Cover and cook:
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Shred or slice the chicken right in the pot and stir into the juices.
