🥩 Garlic Butter Steak with Creamy Parmesan Sauce
Served with roasted potatoes & sautéed green beans
🛒 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For the steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
For the creamy parmesan sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste
Sides:
3–4 potatoes (cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1½ cups fresh green beans
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, seasoning, salt & pepper.
Roast 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak
Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper & paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
Add butter, garlic & herbs. Spoon melted butter over steak for 1–2 minutes.
Remove and rest 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce
In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
Stir in parmesan until thick. Season to taste.
4️⃣ Sauté Green Beans
Cook in a little butter or olive oil for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season lightly.

Plate the steak, drizzle with creamy parmesan sauce, add roasted potatoes and green beans.
