1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme
For the Shrimp:
250g (½ lb) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
Salt & pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Steak
Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare).
Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and rosemary.
Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak for 1–2 minutes.
Remove and let rest 5–10 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Shrimp
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the pan and sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream, simmer 2–3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.
Return shrimp to the pan and coat in sauce.
🍽️ To Serve
Plate steak beside the creamy shrimp. Spoon extra garlic cream sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
