🥩 Slow Cooker Garlic Herb Beef Bites
🛒 Ingredients
1.5 kg beef chuck, cut into large cubes
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Prep the slow cooker
Add diced onion to the bottom. Place beef cubes on top.
Make the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper.
Pour & cook
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef.
Cover and cook:
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Optional thickening
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water. Stir into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Serve
Spoon over mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
