🍗 One-Mixture Baked Chicken (Juicy & Flavorful)
🧄 Ingredients
For the chicken:
1–1.5 lb (450–700 g) raw chicken (thighs, drumsticks, or breasts)
For the “one mixture”:
½ cup olive oil or melted butter
¼ cup lemon juice (or vinegar)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
Mix everything for the sauce in a bowl
Place raw chicken in a baking dish
Pour the mixture over the chicken
Turn the chicken to coat it well
Marinate (optional but better):
20–60 minutes in the fridge (or overnight if you have time)
Bake uncovered for:
35–45 minutes (thighs/drumsticks)
20–25 minutes (breasts)
Flip once halfway and spoon sauce over chicken
Optional crispy finish:
Broil/grill 2–3 minutes at the end
🍽 Serving Ideas
Serve with rice, potatoes, or flatbread
Add roasted veggies (carrots, onions, peppers) in the same pan
Drizzle the pan sauce on top 😋
