🥦 Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into bite-size florets)
2–3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin (optional but 🔥)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Optional upgrades:
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
Fresh lemon juice

Heat oven to 220°C / 425°F
High heat = crispy edges, tender insides.
Dry the cauliflower
If you washed it, pat it dry. Moisture = sad, soggy veg.
Season generously
Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper.

Spread it out
