Cheesy Beef Crescent Bake (Crowd Pleaser)
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 25–30 mins
Servings: 8–10
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite mix)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
Season the Beef
Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in sour cream until evenly mixed.
Prepare Crescent Dough
Roll out crescent dough and fit it into the prepared baking dish as the base. Press seams together so there are no gaps.
Assemble the Bake
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until crescent dough is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle chopped green onions or parsley on top before serving. Cut into squares and watch it disappear fast!
This dish is creamy, cheesy, and easy to scale up for larger crowds. It works great with sides like a fresh salad, roasted veggies, or even a simple salsa dip.
If you want, I can also give a quick vegetarian version that’s just as much of a crowd-pleaser. Do you want me to do that?
