🛒 Ingredients
Chicken
500g (1 lb) boneless chicken thighs or breast (bite-sized)
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch (extra crispy magic ✨)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
Oil for frying
Honey Butter Sauce
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional but 🔥)
1 tsp soy sauce (for depth)
½ tsp garlic (minced or powder)
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
👨🍳 How to Make It
1️⃣ Prep the chicken
Mix egg + milk. Toss chicken in it until coated.
2️⃣ Coat it crispy
Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
Dredge chicken until thickly coated.
3️⃣ Fry it
Heat oil to medium-high.
Fry chicken 4–5 min per side until golden and crunchy.
Rest on paper towel.
4️⃣ Make honey butter sauce
In a pan on low heat:
Melt butter
Add honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic
Stir until glossy and slightly thick
5️⃣ Toss & serve
Add crispy chicken into the sauce and gently toss.
Serve immediately while it’s crunchy 🤤

Want EXTRA crunch? Double coat the chicken.
Air fryer version: Spray with oil, 200°C / 400°F for ~12–15 mins.
