🍲 Slow Cooker Saucy Beef Chunks
🛒 Ingredients
900 g (2 lb) raw beef chunks (chuck, stew meat, or blade)
Your whisked mixture (marinade/sauce)
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (240 ml) beef broth or water
2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup (optional, for richness)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika or regular paprika (optional)

Prep the slow cooker
