1 lb (450 g) ground beef or ground turkey
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1 can black beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
2 cups beef or chicken broth
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings (go wild):
Shredded cheese, sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, green onions

Brown the meat first
Cook the ground beef or turkey in a pan until fully cooked. Drain extra grease.
