🥚 Aunt Denise–Level Deviled Eggs
You’ll need (12 halves):
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp pickle relish (or finely chopped pickles)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Paprika (for the top)
Optional glow-ups: a squeeze of lemon, pinch of garlic powder, chopped chives, tiny splash of pickle juice
How to make them:
Hard-boil eggs: Cover with cold water, bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover 10–12 min. Ice bath, then peel.
Halve & scoop: Slice lengthwise; pop yolks into a bowl.
Mix it creamy: Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, relish, salt, pepper (and any optional add-ins). Taste and tweak.
Fill: Spoon or pipe the filling back into the whites.
Finish: Dust with paprika. Chill 20–30 min so they set up.
Make-it-legendary tips:
Use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped to pipe cleanly.
Add a tiny bit of sugar if your relish isn’t sweet — that sweet-tangy balance is the secret.
For heat lovers: a few drops of hot sauce or pinch of cayenne.
If you actually meant the dessert version of this meme (people also say it about brownies or banana pudding 😅), tell me which one and I’ll drop that recipe instead.
