🧄🍖 Crockpot Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
2 lbs beef stew meat (or sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces)
1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved (or quartered if big)
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional heat 🌶️)
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, to thicken sauce)
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Prep the crockpot
Add the potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Season the beef
In a bowl, toss beef with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and olive oil.
Garlic butter magic
Mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
Combine
Add seasoned beef over potatoes. Pour garlic butter mixture over everything.
Slow cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Until beef is super tender and potatoes are fork-soft.
Optional thicker sauce
Mix cornstarch + water. Stir into crockpot, cover, cook 20–30 minutes more on High.
Finish & serve
Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot. Spoon that garlicky butter sauce over everything 🤤
