🛒 Ingredients
Filling
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Optional: tiny cubes of cheddar or mozzarella for extra gooey centers
Dough
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough cut into squares)
Garlic Parmesan Coating
3 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
Drain excess fat.
Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Let cool slightly (this helps with wrapping).
2️⃣ Assemble the Bombs
Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
Add 1–2 tbsp beef mixture to the center.
Top with a small pinch of cheese.
Pull dough edges up and pinch to seal into a ball.
Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3️⃣ Bake
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
4️⃣ Garlic Parmesan Finish
Mix melted butter + garlic.
Brush over hot bombs.
Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley generously.
Bake 2 more minutes (optional, for extra crisp).
