Simple Baked Marinated Chicken

Simple Baked Marinated Chicken
Ingredients
Raw chicken (drumsticks, thighs, breasts, or wings)
Your prepared mixture (marinade/sauce)
1 tbsp oil (optional, helps browning)
Salt & pepper (only if your mixture isn’t salty)
Instructions
Prep the chicken
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl or baking dish.
Pour the mixture over the chicken
Coat all sides well. If you have time, let it marinate:
30 minutes (quick flavor)
Up to 12 hours in the fridge (best flavor)
Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
Arrange chicken in a single layer
Drizzle with a little oil (optional)
Bake:
Thighs/Drumsticks: 35–45 min
Breasts: 22–28 min
Wings: 35–40 min
Optional: Caramelize
Switch oven to broil/grill for 2–4 minutes at the end to get crispy edges (watch closely!).
Rest & serve
Let rest 5 minutes. Spoon the pan juices over the chicken 😋
If you tell me what’s in your mixture, I can level this up 🔥
For example:
Soy sauce + honey? → I’ll make it sticky-glazed chicken
Yogurt + spices? → Juicy oven-roasted style
Lemon + garlic? → Bright Mediterranean vibes
Drop the ingredients of your mixture and what cut of chicken you’re using 👀
