2 cups baby spinach

How to Make It
Season & sear chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Heat oil in a skillet; sear 4–5 min/side until golden. Remove to a plate.
Build flavor: Melt butter in the same pan. Add garlic (30 seconds). Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
