You’ll need:
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
¾ cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
½ tsp vanilla (optional but yummy)
How to make it:
Mix dry stuff – flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Mix wet stuff – milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla.
Combine – Pour wet into dry. Stir gently (a few lumps = fluffy pancakes, don’t overmix!).
Cook – Heat a pan on medium, lightly grease. Pour small circles of batter.
Flip – When bubbles pop on top (about 1–2 min), flip and cook the other side till golden.
