🍔 Mini Pizza Burgers (Makes ~8 sliders)
🛒 Ingredients
8 mini burger buns (slider buns)
250–300g ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1/2 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni slices (optional)
Optional toppings: mushrooms, olives, bell peppers
Butter or olive oil (for toasting buns)
🔥 How to Make
Cook the patties
Season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Shape into small slider-sized patties.
Cook in a pan on medium heat, about 2–3 minutes per side until done.
Toast the buns (optional but 🔥)
Lightly butter the buns and toast them cut-side down in a pan until golden.
Assemble
Place cooked patties on the bottom buns.
Spoon pizza sauce on top.
Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and any toppings you like.
Melt the cheese
Put sliders on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
Or cover the pan with a lid on low heat to melt the cheese.
Top & Serve
Add the top buns and serve warm. Dip in extra pizza sauce if you want 👀
