🥩 Crockpot Beef Patties & Mushrooms in Gravy
Ingredients
4–6 frozen or fresh beef patties
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 packets brown gravy mix
1½–2 cups water or beef broth
1 small onion, sliced (optional but great)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Black pepper to taste
How to Make It
Layer it up
Add mushrooms (and onion if using) to the bottom of the crockpot. Lay beef patties on top.
Mix the gravy
Whisk gravy packets with water or broth. Pour over everything.
Season
Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on top if you’re using them.
Cook low & slow
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Optional thickening (if you want it extra gravy-thick)
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp cold water. Stir into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes on High.
How to Serve
Over mashed potatoes 🥔
With egg noodles 🍜
On rice 🍚
Or just with bread to soak up that gravy 🤤
Easy Add-Ons (Optional)
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Can of cream of mushroom soup for extra creamy gravy
