🍖 4-Ingredient Fall-Off-the-Bone Ribs
You’ll Need (4 ingredients)
Pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
BBQ sauce (your favorite)
Brown sugar
Garlic powder
How to Make Them
Heat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Low and slow = tender ribs.
Prep the ribs.
Place ribs on foil-lined tray. Sprinkle both sides with garlic powder and brown sugar.
Wrap & bake.
Tightly wrap the ribs in foil (this steams them tender).
Bake 2½–3 hours until super soft.
Sauce & finish.
Unwrap, brush generously with BBQ sauce.
Broil 3–5 minutes (or bake uncovered at 425°F / 220°C for ~10 minutes) to get that sticky glaze.
Pro Tips (still 4 ingredients!)
Want sweeter? Add more brown sugar on top before broiling.
Want smoky vibes? Use a smoky BBQ sauce.
For extra “fall off the bone,” let them rest 10 minutes before cutting.
