🥔 Crockpot Meatballs & Potatoes (4 Ingredients)
Ingredients
1 bag frozen meatballs (about 24–32 oz)
1½ lbs baby potatoes (or chopped regular potatoes)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
(or water if that’s what you’ve got)
Instructions
Dump the frozen meatballs into your crockpot.
Add potatoes on top.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over everything.
Pour in the broth.
Stir lightly so things are cozy together.
Cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Until potatoes are tender and meatballs are hot.
Optional Glow-Ups (if you feel fancy)
Add baby carrots for extra color
Stir in ½ cup sour cream at the end for creamy vibes
Sprinkle cheese or parsley before serving
