1οΈβ£ Make the patties
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form into oval-shaped patties (classic Salisbury Steak shape).

Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil.
