🍝 Slow Cooker Beefy Tomato Pasta Sauce
You’ll need:
1 lb (450 g) raw ground beef
1 jar pasta sauce (or 2 cups crushed tomatoes)
1 small onion, diced (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
How:
Add everything to the slow cooker.
Break the beef into chunks with a spoon.
Cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Stir and break up the meat near the end.
Serve over pasta.
🌮 Slow Cooker Taco Beef
You’ll need:
1 lb raw ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup water or salsa
How:
Dump it all in the slow cooker.
Stir once or twice during cooking to break up the beef.
Cook:
Low: 4–5 hours
High: 2–3 hours
Drain extra grease if needed.
Use for tacos, burritos, nachos, rice bowls.
🥣 Slow Cooker Chili (Ultra Lazy Version)
You’ll need:
1 lb raw ground beef
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small onion (optional)
1–2 tbsp chili seasoning
How:
Add everything to the slow cooker.
Break beef into chunks.
Cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Stir well and season to taste.
Pro Tips (so it turns out good, not gray mush 😅)
Break the beef apart halfway through so it doesn’t clump.
Drain fat near the end if it’s greasy.
Don’t use frozen ground beef — it needs to thaw first.
Add salt near the end so it doesn’t pull moisture out early.
