Air Fryer Ribeye Steak with Garlic Herb Butter 🥩🧄
Ingredients (2 servings)
For the steak
2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Garlic Herb Butter
3 tbsp softened butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp fresh thyme (or ¼ tsp dried)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
Season the steaks
Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides with olive oil.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Air fry the steaks
Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Approximate doneness for 1-inch ribeye:
10 minutes – Medium-rare
11 minutes – Medium
12 minutes – Medium-well
Make the garlic herb butter
In a small bowl, mix:
softened butter
minced garlic
parsley
thyme
pinch of salt
Rest the steak
Remove steaks and place on a plate.
Top each steak with a pat of herb butter and let rest 5 minutes so the juices redistribute.

Lemon zest
Cracked pepper
A little grated parmesan
Fresh rosemary
