🧾 Ingredients
250 g (8 oz) pasta shells
300 g (10 oz) ground beef or beef steak pieces
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
👨🍳 Instructions
Cook the pasta
Boil pasta shells in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Remove excess fat if needed.
Add aromatics
Add butter, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Make the sauce
Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.
Add cheese & seasoning
Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes.
Combine pasta
Add cooked pasta shells and toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
Finish
Sprinkle parsley on top and add extra cheese if desired. Serve warm.
⭐ Tips
Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
Use steak strips instead of ground beef for a more restaurant-style dish.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk or pasta water.
