Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Beef
Ingredients
700 g – 1 kg raw beef, cut into cubes (stew meat or chuck)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (300–400 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth or water
Instructions
Add beef
Place the raw cubed beef into the slow cooker.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until smooth.
Pour over beef
Pour the mixture over the beef and stir slightly to coat.
Slow cook
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Cook until the beef is very tender.
Serve
Serve over:
rice
mashed potatoes
pasta
or with bread.

Add sliced mushrooms
Add potatoes or carrots
Stir in a little sour cream at the end for extra creaminess.
