Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken
This easy recipe uses one simple mixture poured over raw chicken breasts, and the slow cooker does the rest. The chicken turns tender with a rich, creamy sauce.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 28 g)
1 can (300 g) cream of chicken soup
120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together:
Cream of chicken soup
Ranch seasoning
Cream cheese
Chicken broth
Garlic powder and pepper
Pour the mixture evenly over the raw chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
