π₯© Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Dr Pepper Corned Beef
This easy recipe uses just 4 ingredients and the slow cooker does all the work. The Dr Pepper adds a slightly sweet, rich flavor that makes the corned beef incredibly tender.

1 (3β4 lb) corned beef brisket with spice packet
1 can (12 oz) Dr Pepper
Β½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Place the corned beef in the slow cooker, fat side up.
Sprinkle the spice packet (included with the brisket) over the meat.
In a small bowl, mix Dr Pepper, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
Pour the mixture over the corned beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8β9 hours or HIGH for 4β5 hours, until the meat is tender.
Remove the beef and slice against the grain.
Spoon some of the slow-cooker sauce over the slices before serving.
