🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken
1½ lbs (680 g) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
For the hot honey glaze
⅓ cup honey
1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp butter
Optional garnish
Chopped parsley

🔪 Instructions
Soak skewers (if wooden)
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes to prevent burning.
Season the chicken
In a bowl mix:
olive oil
lemon juice
lemon pepper
garlic powder
paprika
salt
Add chicken and toss until evenly coated. Let marinate 20–30 minutes.
Assemble skewers
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
Cook the skewers
