🍓 Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries
A super easy no-bake dessert that tastes like mini strawberry cheesecakes. Perfect for parties and ready in about 15 minutes.
📝 Ingredients
18–24 large fresh strawberries
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
2–3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions
Prepare the strawberries
Wash and dry them.
Cut off the tops and slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
Cut a small V-shape in the center to make space for the filling.
Make the cheesecake filling
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Fill the strawberries
Put the filling into a piping bag (or plastic bag with the corner cut).
Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry.
Add topping
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for that cheesecake crust flavor.
Serve
Chill for 20–30 minutes (optional) and enjoy!
