Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes 🥔🧄🧀

🥔 Ingredients
1 kg potatoes (baby potatoes or Yukon gold work best)
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Wash and cut potatoes into halves or bite-size cubes.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add potatoes and toss until fully coated.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
⭐ Tip
For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes, dry them well, then roast.
