🥔 Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes (5-Ingredient Recipe)
🧾 Ingredients
1 bag (about 32 oz / 900 g) frozen diced or shredded potatoes (hash browns)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Grease the inside of a slow cooker.
In the crockpot, mix together:
sour cream
cream of chicken soup
melted butter
1½ cups of the shredded cheese.
Toss the frozen potatoes in the pot on top of the other ingredients.
Stir everything together until the potatoes are well coated.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 4–5 hours
High: 2–3 hours
Once the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, stir and serve hot.
