Zero-Carb Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Cut the chicken into small bite-size cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook 4–5 minutes until golden.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Lower heat and add butter and garlic.
Stir the chicken in the melted garlic butter for 1–2 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese
Add chili flakes for heat
Serve with eggs or avocado
