🥩 Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
8 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup cream cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil

Prepare the chicken
Slice each chicken breast horizontally and pound slightly so it becomes thin.
Add the filling
Place 1–2 slices of cheese on each chicken piece.
Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
Brown the chicken rolls for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Make the creamy sauce
In a bowl mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Assemble the casserole
Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish.
Pour the creamy sauce over them.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and cheese is melted and golden.
