Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (or 4 small)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
