Easy Egg & Flour Skillet Flatbread
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup milk or water
1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
½ teaspoon salt
Optional: chopped herbs, cheese, or black pepper
Instructions
Mix the batter
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk (or water), salt, and oil, then whisk well.
Add flour
Gradually mix in the flour until you get a smooth batter (similar to pancake batter).
Heat the pan
Lightly grease a non-stick skillet and heat it over medium heat.
Cook
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and spread it slightly.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden.
Flip
Turn it over and cook another 1–2 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve
Eat warm with cheese, honey, yogurt, or vegetables.
