Slow Cooker Ground Beef & Corn Casserole
A super easy dump-and-go slow cooker meal—perfect for busy days when you don’t know what to cook. It’s creamy, hearty, and very filling.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 can (15 oz / 425 g) corn, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
Brown the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Add to slow cooker
Place the cooked beef into the slow cooker.
Dump the ingredients
Add the drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
Mix
Stir everything together until well combined.
Cook
Low: 4–5 hours
High: 2–3 hours
Finish with cheese
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top during the last 10 minutes so it melts.
Optional Add-Ins (for more flavor)
1 diced onion
1 diced bell pepper
½ cup sour cream
Cooked rice or pasta mixed in before serving
